I’m running for Treasurer because Larimer County deserves a leader who brings financial rigor, public-sector experience, and community-centered values to the office. I will work every day to keep our tax dollars accounted for, our investments secure, and our residents informed—because trust in government begins with trust in how your tax dollars are preserved.
About Conor

Experience matters—especially when your tax dollars are on the line.
Experience matters—especially when your tax dollars are on the line. The next Larimer County Treasurer must be ready on day one to safeguard public funds, uphold decades of trusted stewardship, and keep the Treasurer’s Office accessible and accountable to every resident. That requires real financial expertise—and a record of service rooted in our community.
My career in finance began more than 25 years ago, risk adjusting in the indemnity bond market. From there, I spent over a decade leading capital allocation, infrastructure investment, and debt restructuring. These roles demanded accuracy, transparency, and disciplined decision-making—the same qualities taxpayers deserve from their Treasurer. I know what it takes to protect assets, manage complex financial systems, and ensure public dollars are invested safely and wisely.

My commitment to Larimer County runs deep. For the past four years, I’ve served on the Larimer County Planning Commission—now as Vice Chair—where I’ve developed a strong understanding of county operations and the hard-working employees who keep our services running. In 2023, I was elected to the Poudre School District Board of Education, where I serve on the Audit Committee, Legislative Committee, and Comprehensive Planning Committee. Leading the community-driven 4A school funding initiative—which kept our neighborhood schools open—remains one of the proudest accomplishments of my public service.
